In Chicago and San Fran, for instance. You can find advice about how to go about it posted in sugar threads. I have never done any international, but one my bowl buddies, Murrican, says that is his major playground.

I'm was out in Germany recently-Like RanMan said, just change your Location. I've been out there before and its 50 times better than being back in Central California!! Actually the origin of my screen name here is just that. I'm the American (murrican) when I travel seek. In Latin American countries it's pretty amazing how far 500 dollars will go. Yesterday I was planning a trip w a 19 year old. Offered the equivalent of 550 dollars which is quite high for where I'm going. And I know it. But I want service. She accepts and later says that normally she's used to 3-5 hour dates but I want basically a 24 hour stint. I very politely replied that I thought my gift was generous but I totally understand if it's not her thing and I'll take that as a hint to move on. I can't tell you how fast she replied. "No it's ok. I like to line up several girls before traveling through, letting POTs know that I'll be in the area at a certain date. Being an American makes you exotic and interesting to these dimes.

You can also set your location to a European city, and enjoy. There's a dedicated international board with forums specific to each country, though with varying levels of activity.

Sometimes they travel, or go to school in one city but live in another. I believe the scammers change their address for obvious reasons or sometimes they just get bored or hope you will fly them in if you like them once you find out they live elsewhere.
