I am aware that there is a very robust sex industry there, though you will not see street walkers, ever. There are plenty of ladies to be had. I wish that I had some first hand knowledge of a trusted agency to give you but I don't, my only advice would be to do the most homework you can, if you are staying at a hotel or resort with a concierge or door man, roll the dice and give him a big tip your first day and ask him to help you out, I have done that with other things, not related to sex and the guy was extremely helpful.
