If the only posts he has are asking about this girl or that girl. Or if I only have permission to give info out to a few people and then I'll usually just pm certain seniors that have shared info with me. That's how it should be in my opinion. You can't just take, you have to give a little.

The reason that most seniors "treat" newbies here is the same as in any male dominated field, you the newby need to prove yourself trustworthy and accurate. Some seniors just give a hand up like a grandfather would, but most here want to be safe. When a newby proves himself trustworthy and accurate, not just by the visible posts you read but by intel that is usable by others, you will gain support. The newbies that do nothing but post "hey what about this one?" with no evidence of doing any research are very annoying. The excuse of "I don't know how to do this or that" is not acceptable, because if anyone would spend the "time" reading what you are supposed to when you sign up and then the forum threads here (back several months) you will gain most of knowledge that most newbies ask about all of the time.

Grace is one of a kind, should be treated well, some of these girls actually have a life outside of the hobby.

It doesn't matter to me if you are a senior or regular, I look at the posts and determine whether they are a deserving contributor, or a chronic beggar seeking a free meal (or booze and cigarette money! I also keep in mind who has been generous enough to share with me. Hell, there are regulars with triple digit posts that haven't reviewed more than 2 or 3 providers, and seniors with no reviews within the last year, so quality far outweighs quantity in my opinion.

This is a before and after shot of Lindsay. As you can see, the carpets matched the drapes. Or the collars matched the cuffs, if you are a James Bond fan. I prefer that the floors be slick. We met last Wednesday for a photoshoot shaving session. As you can see, I did a pretty good job with the razor.

My point is, if they don't provide 1 of the 3 people that get back with me quickly and understand this isn't about competition, etc. And we all share the wealth, then it's pointless. 90% of the women that post on USA will NOT return texts or calls regarding reference checks. That's just stupid because they contact me and I ALWAYS answer, but I don't get the same respect back. Only from a VERY select few. Bottom line, I totally agree, it's very hard to verify references.

Whenever seniors post here saying PM me for details and if a newbie sends them requesting contact number, they never respond. And these are the same seniors that are asking other seniors who are here who have never reviewed a provider or maybe 1 in 6 months. Some newbies have Tofft-ed many times over. It seems the seniority system is broken. Other thoughts?
