With the New Chief having worked with Clearwater City Counsel on Nuisance Abatement laws, it is quite possible that the Azalea saw some writings on the wall and did some self preservation and cleaned up the place a bit.

They should condemn the place for all the NASTY bugs and overall filth of the damn place.
