It cleared up when I used an IP that was based in Florida. Nowadays, they don't seem to be restricting it that way any more.

I did notice a latina with dark skinned and wet hair doing the SW stroll, but she get on switching sides of streets. I did pulled over to a side sreet to investigate sure enough, she did pass my car and disappeared. She was wearing blue jeabs a long sleeve shirt. Three were roaring south all at once toward Hillsborough with lights and sirens. Watchful eyes everywhere for the next ten days.

The city of Tampa is hurting, like everyone, businesses are reporting less money, less tourism to local tourist attractions, etc. In the mind of the political leader, they will do what they can to attract more people aka high rollers, to spend more money. Remember folks, super bowl tickets are not cheap! A commercial slot for the game is several million dollars. I just, really, was in the area and what to see how things were. I have no desire to go for it unless 200% sure thing and safe as well. I have stuck local to my area since March 2020. I will probably still do until late Spring. I prefer the casinos anyway.

The City Police Department, Hillsborough County Sheriff, and other partners are digging in deep for perceived street clean up of working girls and Johns. The are ramping up decoys all over. Putting out fake ads with fake pictures or old pictures or real Tampa girls. They are hitting the strip clubs with fake Johns. They are putting out more unmarked vehicles. They are renting out rooms without letting motel / hotel management know their plans. They are harassing the management of the known prostitution motels, hotels to pressure them to get rid of working girls and dope dealers. That's why some girls I see are staying at houses now since they got pressured to leave. Drew Park is being watched and hit with stings at the sex shops. It's intense right now so watch out and stay safe. They even have fake accounts on here.

I went for a cruise late last night. If they have yet to do a clean up, what are they going to clean? It was dry as a fricking bone last night, not only was there a dearth of working girls, there were hardly any street people out and about. I overheard talk at the chicken laundromat on Lois about a gang in Drew Park.
The entire lot has a laundromat and a convenience store that used to sell gas.
Instead of gas, there is a car detailing "fly-by-night" arrangement where the pumps used to be and car parked all over the lot. The far northeast corner seems to be the same group of homeless? people gathered, more like hunkered in, looking very tight knit, as is the norm for Drew Park residents anyway.
That's a necessity with shady businesses and a black market auto part conglomerate deeply entrenched in the neighborhood.
It does not feel safe hunting for streetwalkers there for the time being.

At last I found her available after all these months of checking on her whereabouts.
It was very early morning hours before dawn.
She was on Bird Street a few blocks from Nebraska hiding in the shadows leaning against a fence.
I circled and approached from a better angle and pulled over to ask her into the car.
She popped out into the light and got in.
She is very personable and intelligent. I like her.
Her enthusiasm was unusually refreshing and I will certainly go back for more.
