Most recently when I arrived at agreed location and tried calling with no answer and a full voicemail box.

I try being fair, and waited fifteen minutes and left. Half hour later I get call "where are you" followed by a nasty rant about standing her up.

Due to traffic, but at all times she kept me informed via text.
