What's with the majority of girls at SDAG being Latina now-a-days? Personally I have no interest in Latinas. Are they out performing the Asian girls? Right now it's 3 Latinas to 1 Asian.

I described them exactly the same privately to someone recently. This org is different from others as the girls are exclusive to them. There are rare exceptions like Tatum / Shelby who often work with other bookers but never at the same time. Things have definitely slowed down at this org. Supply chain issues most likely. They produce winners like Jira every once in a while but then months go by without any new talent. They have the highest overhead too so it must be tough on them. This happened to FA in OC last week, all Latinas. Now they've fixed it to 3 kgirls and 2 latinas. The reason is it's Christmas time, so it is harder to source kgirls. Be patient. As King Theoden said, "More will come".
