I know Gail had a few regulars right before she retired that paid her a lot, and she would do anything for. 15. Snow from a few years back was the same way. She had a few suckers paying her hundreds, buying her rooms / drugs, ect. These girls are not a helpless as you think they are.
Can somebody tell me what's going on with Daisy. I met her about 2 weeks ago and had a good time, since then she has stood me up 3 freaking times! The first I went to the spot to pick her up and when I get there she goes: "actually I can't get out. . my bad " WTF, days later she text me and said she's going through things. Ok fair enough we all have problems so I said let's meet and sure enough no response when I get there. And tonight yet again after I tell her don't waste my time and we can become regulars. You guessed it the freaking beotch don't answer, all 3 times the contact was made by HER first. I don't know WTF is wrong with her but I'm done.

As to your original question, it's price vs quality. Don't get me wrong, I've picked up $300 a night ladies from a corner, and I've (to my dismay) picked up someone who didn't even deserve the street rate. What you pay is up to you, honestly, as long as it is localized to "your girl", I don't think it matters. It will just create GPS at worst case, and may hurt her business in the future.
Bottom line, 90% of what you find in the street as opposed to BP is simply not worth BP prices. These ladies have real, serious problems, and the risk inherent in that (STD, use problems, criminal pimp / bf) is what keeps them at that price range. Sometimes they will rise above it. Then they go to BP and are worth BP prices (if they are professional enough).
I look at it this way: Any SW could turn 10 tricks in a night, give awesome service and earn some tips, get a BP ad or website up. That's one night. It's what they are blowing it on (drugs) that keeps them in the SW price scale (or being fugly, but let's say she's a 7 or 8). Mongers even help get the word out on her (see photo gallery). The only reason they don't command BP prices is that they don't.
