I think it is due to how easy it is to shut them down. They get a complaint. Go the AMP, Nail Salon, or hairdresser and ask if they have a license. A lot of those spots also use their spots number that civilians also call instead of separate burner phone number for escorting along with their exact address in their ads. CDPs do this in apartments or houses so civilians might not notice or complain as much. I can now see why nail salon got raided I dont know how long it takes for women to get their nails done but if it is longer than 30mins it is possible a civilian sees multiple men getting taken to a separate room and get suspicious.
