After my last couple reviews of this place and other's reviews of this place, it had done nothing but go down hill. The way it was explained to me a very long time ago TIPS is To Insure Proper Service (I know, it should be 'Ensure' but I didn't make it up). I've seen it more and more, these days, that TIPS are almost always expected, if not demanded, and not earned. I, too, have walked out of shitty service and paid just what was due, nothing more.
