Just put up two more massage reports. Both negative. I was zero for two the last two days. One in Pasadena, one in Eagle Rock.
Eagle Rock was a place called Rose Garden Med Spa. Girl named Betty. NOTHING! Zilch.
It's getting frustrating. Seems like everyone on this board BUT me is successful. LOL.
If anyone could help a guy out and PM me with anything resembling a sure thing in Pasadena or Eagle Rock. It would be much, much, much appreciated.

[/QUOTE]I am starting to feel your pain but you really haven't explored this site very well if you continue to focus on Pasadena and Eagle Rock. The Pasadena MP thread documents repeatedly the fact that Pasadena is currently NOT a place to look for HE in any above ground storefront MP. It is a dry hole and you keep digging. Meanwhile there are gold mines throughout the Metro area where you don't seem to venture. You've got to expand your range.
Eagle Rock is another story with many HE places, but no matter, most of them are pretty bad with old lady providers so there isn't much point focusing on that neighborhood either unless you favor the old ladies (and I'm not talking 30's). I know one very good one even though the staff isn't much younger than the Eagle Rock norm, but it is unconventional and stealthy and I'm not taking any chances giving this place away.
Why not try the places that are so well documented in other parts of the Metro area. Pick up the L. A. Weekly on Thursday or the L. A. Xpress on Wednesday. Both have pages of ads for places that mostly deliver. I don't mind putting their names under lights here because they advertise openly. Try "Blue" on Lankershim in NoHo. Not far from Eagle Rock. Not the greatest place IMO but you'll surely break the shneid and they go to FS if that's what you want. Latinas and Asians. Good and bad and in between. YMMV, but low level of paranoia for 1st timers.
Drive over to Weho along Santa Monica Blvd and try Bebe or Momo. Both advertise weekly in both mentioned publications with address and phone number along with many other SMB locations and you can bet that NONE of them are legit. These are top tier places. Beautiful providers, FS and also top tier prices.
In none of the places I mentioned are you likely to get any kind of real massage. So if that is an important consideration for you, ignore everything I wrote other than you need to explore this site to more locations other than Pasadena and Eagle Rock.
I've done the area of Venice Bl. Near the 405 a long while back without much luck. Lots of places advertiing-though plenty of dead ends, and creepy dirty places withattitude and paranoia. Maybe someone can turn me on to one very nearby worth trying?

I was actually thinking of trying one next weekend, maybe the one at 1325 near Lincoln. If you could please share your history on Venice and / or Washington Blvd, it may save some of the rest of us from going to a dud. I did have a good massage and HE from the one across the street from the 99 cent store on Wash Blvd, but that was 18 months ago. Also try Self-Indulgence Day Spa on Pico. The girls are young and I did get HE on my first visit. I may go back.
Has anyone noticed the big color ad in LAW for BodyScrubmassage. Com. It looks interesting. They advertise also in CL. I checked the web site and the place is Korean. Body Scrub comes with all massages. I wonder if HE is on the menu. They offer a 90 minute one for $.6. Share information if you have anything. Otherwise I may TOFTT it on the weekend and report back.

[/QUOTE]I live in that area and I pretty much gave up. I'm willing to travel a pinch to have a good time. Santa Monica blvd is chock full. I'm pretty sure 80 to 90% of the massage joints you see on SM Blvd is non legit. So just have at it and have a good time. Like Camel said, YMMV but its fun trying.

I got a very average massage but a full menu. 50 for half hour 90 for full hour kinda steep but like I said full menu, HJ, BJ, and FS. Will repeat.

Quick question. When they are willing to do HE, even the basic HE with a HJ. Do you have to ASK them for it?
Or is it a case where ALL the ones that will do it, simply reach down there and ask if you are okay with it?
Could there be ones that don't reach down, but if you ask them they might or is a sure sign that they won't when they don't reach down there themselves?

I will try to answer your questions, as least from my point of view. I only have around 8 massages per year, so I am not as experienced as some of the other members, but I at least have sucess with the HE's. I am never after any thing beyond the HJ HE.
During my last 10 massages, I have been asked only once if I wanted HE. The other times, the communication is done without words. And on a couple of occassions I left with a great massage and no HE which is OK with me.
Always get on the massage table undraped. This tell's a story right away, and also shows that you are not LE. If you are lucky, the towel will stay off for the entire massage. If this happens, you can almost be 100% certain of a HE. If the provider covers me, I may leave the towel on for a while, but when the opportunity arises and we are comfortable with each other I will communicate to the provider that I prefer that the towel remains off.
If you are still undraped at the flip, your are pretty much home free. It helps if the equipment is ready to go when you flip. Sometimes I am not ready. Some providers will step in and help the equipment get it together. Sometimes I may just tell the provider that "it" needs a little help. In all cases when I flip without a drape, I get a HE.
Of course it always helps if you practice the above at an establishment that has the signs of being a HE place. This may come from referrals from this group, or from places that advertise in LAW and / or CL. It is not always the case that you get HE from a place that advertises in LAW. I don't expect to bat 1000. Usually when you don't get a HE, you have a better chance of getting a great massage, so that isn't bad either.
