You have been at this awhile and probably know most of the games. IF that is a scam at some point she will try and get you to send her a picture of the back of the card. At that point it's a scam. Vanilla cards are the rare few that you can take and fund a prepaid debit card with. So your holding an empty card and she has already taken the funds.
But if your interested in that provider, it's worth pursuing, just don't give her the numbers off the card or send a pic of it ahead of time.
