Cisco, you have some good points, but there's tons of reasons why someone cannot or will not invest the time, energy, and $$$ in making a trip to a foreign country to have sex. Some of our mongering lives exist in short spaces between the rest of our "real" lives and there's no way we could get away with making a multi-day trip to another country. For others, indeed, it may be a very viable option. The issue goes way beyond getting good value for your money.

For me, it would have never been a viable option ... until the last few months. Now, because of new work/living situation, I could probably get away with it with some careful planning, and make it worthwhile.

But I'm sure there are countless guys who never could, for many different reasons, not just an unwillingness to step outside the box.

Haven't been up that way lately, but I remember some posts about LE around the place. Just wondering if anyone has checked it out lately. I'll be in the around the block in a few days and I'm not sure I need to swing by or not.

Well, this points, I think, to two very different approaches to mongering.

There is "needs based/relief" mongering, which basically says "I need a quick, cheap fuck one or two or three times a week" week in and week out, all year long. Obviously, a flight to Costa Rica/Brazil/Thailand/etc. for some (admittedly) very bargain-priced feasting isn't going to satisfy during the 50 other weeks of the year one is on domestic soil. Based on posting history, I surmise that Mr. Johnson is in this category - he like seeing affordable ladies at fairly frequent intervals throughout the year. Sex tourism simply isn't a total solution for this category of customer.

Then there is the "experiential/something-different-something-new" category of mongering, which says "I want an exceptional experience from time to time, with a lady of great physical charms and a high level of skill, and while a deal is nice, you get what you pay for and I'm willing to pay"... this customer is willing to go long periods of time without mongering, because he waits for the "good stuff" when it comes along. Often, such women actually are quite affordable (M from Holiday,Tye, Harmony etc come to mind), but when they disappear there is sometimes a very long wait until another worth seeing comes along. Sex tourism IS appealing to this customer because they can wait long periods between experiences. I fall into this category.

Then there are all the middle grounds, and most mongers are going to staddle a blend of needs-based cheap quickies and the occasional feasts.

The last time I was in Bangkok I was there for two months (on business, not exclusively as a tourist), probably saw a girl a night (high quality girls from the better gogo places, like the Kings Group clubs, pretty much 19 yo model types) generally for 2-4 hours each night (I found one favorite who always spent all night) on average for $US 50, so essentially a "savings" of $700 or so (assuming 200-250/hr in the States) per night, or $40k+ for the duration of the trip.

That more than pays for business class airfare ;)

So there is NO possible argument against sex tourism, provided we accept the limitation that it doesn't provide the kind of daily fix some mongers prefer.

For some guys it's impossible to explain to their wife that they need to go out of the country on "business" when they most likely never travel in their normal jobs / real lives. So if you can hop out of the country on some R&R, great for you. Most guys here envy you. But to almost slam them for paying for what they can get locally is pushing the limits.

Cisco I know you were not trying to slam anyone in your post, but what you suggest is just not an option for most.

You also made some good points TwistedBrother BUT for guys that been in the Navy or lived overseas etc., they should or will realize what I mean by options I also realize that whenever a monger get horny he can't go and jump on a plane BUT with careful game plan he should be able to get away a few times a year.

Once you been spoiled or after you spent the night with some of these 9's and 10's 19 year old you will come back here to the states with a different out look on the mongering game and your standard will go so high until what you thought was a 10 here in the states will be at best a 6 in Rio.

I always thought it would be impossible to get away on a multi-day trip to a foreign country...but a trip to the rain forest or sport fishing with the boys seemed to work. She has no interest in doing either and we had a great time in Panama.

Granted it's only good in my case for at the most once a year but it is well worth it. Just make sure that when you do go sport fishing that the girls you meet in Panama and take with you on the boat don't appear in the pictures. Let them take the pictures of you and the boys and then show them to the wife and talk about what a great wife she is to let you get away with the boys for a week.

Well I see your point....I guess I usually just deal with the sub $100 providers, but for those guys who are spending $200+ per pop, it might make sense to take a fun trip to a foreign land and get some quality pussy while you are there as well as sightsee, etc.

Plus at my advanced age, I can only REALLY enjoy fucking a couple of times a week and that is pushing it. So going somewhere for a week and getting a girl a night is not really an option for me. As Ozy pointed out, I'd rather just spread out the mongering for when I'm really in the mood for it and blowing a load takes me out of the mood for a few days.

I used to come into Atlanta and visit my fab amp.. Until I saw the

I like the flat rate. I am not a fan of bargaining for sex. That being said, I have had fs w/ a nice hands on table shower for as little as $100 at an amp.
The $$/hour is no deal. $.5 for 1/2-hour is very competitive.. But if you are willing to spend more you should get more.

Girls - they seem to be just as hot as the amps. I have had some superstar Asians, I have the feeling the superstars show up here too. It was nice beings able to see all the girls available, never got to do that at an amp.

I have never had a problem getting two pops out of the Asian girls. You pay for the time.. She wasn't even in the room 1/2 the time. $$ would have gotten me much more at an amp. I was out of there in 30 min.

Attitude - angel was not a very warm provider. Even after hard negotiation, girls at a good amp are almost always very sweet. This girl seemed like she was in a hurry to get back and watch tv with her friends.

So - I would go back, but never do the 1-hour again. These seem to be "fuck-stops", and definitely not the whole "amp" experience (which I quite like).
