I always stay at the MGM and I have never had any security problems. Last trip I had two different escorts come right to my room and they did not have any problems at all either evening.

It discourages room parties, and people without room keys who are looking for trouble. If you have a room key, and have one companion with you, they're not going to stop you, no matter how slutty your "friend" looks.

Also, I've heard accounts of promising a lot and delivering little or nothing for $$ or $$$. More was typically available but why spend $$$-$$$$$ when (a) you don't know what she will look like until she gets there and (b) you don't know what is on the menu or for how much when much better options exist with casino girls, on craig's list or through established escorts. All IMHO are preferable to taking a chance on the girls from the fliers.

It's an agency. The price that is quoted to you is the fee just for the escort to arrive. Any services provided, which are extremely expensive, are an additional amount. Stay away from these rip off agencies. There are plenty of independents that offer more for alot less.

I have been visiting Vegas for many years now and if I have learned one thing, it is that Vegas agencies have a horrible reputation. Lots of reported rip offs, bait and switch, up sells and just poor services or no service. Casino Girls are a step up but there is still a chance of rip off or robbery with them. Best bet is a well reviewed independent provider.
