Last night I was cruising HB, once I got to HB and Hazard I decided to drive behind Cal Girls, I was surprised, there was no SW at all, but lots of people standing in corners, probably local neighbors, guys, girls, other people had tables and chairs outside staring at cars driving by, someone mentioned people were taking pictures at license plates? I saw a copule of guys with cameras.

That's the local neighborhood watch cracking down on johns and hoes. Not sure what they can do with pics, but I would steer clear of area. Guilt by association.
Although it is supposed to by "Innocent until proven guilty". For alot of guys the public shame is enough.

I also think it could affect Cal Girls, clients might not feel comfortable parking their cars there and find another strip club.

Went on harbor last night at 12 and noticed that there was 3 stings happening at one LOL. One by jack in the box, another by the street after you pass Cali girls and one right at Westminster where the gas station on. Damn le is on top of it and have been driving around the past couple nights and notices that it isn't as crowded as it used to be. I guess if I see a girl one of these nights I better just grab her and not play window shoping for while until I'm please with what I got LOL.

Sunday morning around 1 AM they were over on Beach. I went through there after getting gas at that cheap gas station at Orangthorpe and Valley View. I saw a good 8 girls spread out from Orange to Cerritos along Beach. Mostly fugly black ones though. I saw one do able white chick but she had a black pimp right on her ass practically walking her on a leash. Cut over to the Harbor track and home and saw nothing there.

Enough people do this they fear civil rights lawsuits and go away. It worked for local protesters trying to close a local strip club.

The notice reads something like," this vehicle was seen repeatedly driving in an area known for prostitution on this day and in this time frame". It is addressed to all registered owners of the car, hopping that the wife / girlfriend opens the letter. I know several lawsuits started over the matter, but never heard how they turned out.
