After checking the radar weather on my phone I thought the rain would move on but no such luck so it was slow all night, National was dead, Green wasn't mush better, seen what looked like a spinner type in a White hoodie on Lincoln, she gave me the look but I lost my nerve and kept going. Snapped this one in the photo earlier on Green, never seen her before.

I'm guessing there's maybe 20-25 full time pro's on the South side, virtually all of them addicts and many aren't much to look at. Addiction never takes a day off, so neither do the ladies. Time can be very sporadic. On weekends there's usually a fair number (8-10) late mornings. Weeknights around 7 PM and again around 11 PM can be pretty good. Can be is the optimal phrase. I can roll down National and come back up Greenfield and see only one or two. Do it again 15 minutes later and there might be 8. Do it again 15 minutes later and there might be 3.

There are all kinds of allegations, and any person in power has them, but charges? Nope. None. That's very inaccurate.
