The other used to advertise on backpage all the time about topless massages. This one always has the line "do not contact me if you are looking for a hooker".
I remember them having lower rates and didn't know if they were still in the game, as I haven't seen any posting for them.

First, there is no mention on the abbreviations section of this board as to what "Legit" means. Second, there are many licensed and certified massage therapists providing a non-sexual or legal / legitimate service.
My suggestion is to ask the reviewer. My experience is that reviewers already state that the pics are accurate or old, the experience met or didn't meet expectations, etc. As long as we continue to provide sufficient details, then the board functions as intended.

I continue to see the young lady with the "not a hooker" line. She used to advertise on CL, not BP. She used that line because she has stated that she does not have sex with clients. So she has a limited menu but it has expanded slightly in the last three months.
