I don't have the time to travel to Yonkers to independently confirm. But with Bronx that that Nail Salon at Fordham Rd I referenced got raided too. Which kinda explains why the Mama-San told me they were changing locations. Maybe they are in the midst of a crackdown.

To tie this in with the CDP discussion. That is 8 spots raided in Westchester. Bronx has way more providers/spots than Westchester and the argument is Bronx has less than 10 CDPs.

Let's say you see a provider let's call her Jenny. You have a great experience. You go back next week to CDP Jenny is gone and the options are Kate and Ashley. There is no guarantee you see Kate or Ashley you get the same experience you got with Jenny.
