Santa Ana LE has and does use UC vice. Santa Ana has a reputation for being very aggressive about prostitution. This one article states that the the actually went forward with a jury trial on a loitering charge. Now this is very unusual especially if you are a guy and it is your first offense. The good thing is that is easy to beat the charge. If you stop for a SW simply offer her a ride and ask her get in. There is case law that allow you to a girl a ride regardless if she is a SW or not. By simply telling the officer that they cannot do anything unless the girl rats you out. Just remember that LE can crack down at any time. This is why it is very important to keep you guard up and be observant.

The last sting I can recall was some busts going on at Budget. Fake hookers soliciting johns to go to a room and then they were arrested. It does seem ripe for a crackdown. So many girls right now, it's crazy. Crazy good. LOL.

I have heard of stories like this before. Seems doubtful, but It may be true. My guess is that they get away with this because most girls will not ask for jury trial. But even then I am sure their actions would cause the prosecutor to lose the case.

After the watching the fight on Sat night, I decided to hit the Harbor / Hazzard area. Was only planning on some recon. The tales of civilians with tables and notepads really intrigued me. Plus it was late and it's been a while since I have had late night time.

Going down Harbor and I see cars filing into 11th and Washington. That's a good sign, so I turn left onto Washington. Make a right onto Bewley and there were 3 BSW hanging out between some cars. The normal kind and nothing really to turn the head. There was on little chubby WSW that kind of grabbed my attention. What the hell, make another pass and I didn't see any people sitting with notepads. In fact, I saw no LE anywhere. This was about 130 am. Make another pass and see her again, but I decided to see what the other side of the street was holding.

Shoot over and I see two WSWs, one blonde and an brunette. Lots of cars, but no one is stopping. What the hell, I'm here and the blonde gave me that funny little feeling. I pull along side them, but not enough to obstruct any traffic. Through the window the blonde says what do I want? This is going to be a window deal. She quotes me for her $ FS and. 7 BJ, but her friend would do a BJ. 6. You could tell the other girl was completely green, but I wanted her. She jumps in and I follow where she tells me to go. I ask her name, "Ashley". I think to myself, why does that sound familiar?? A real petite cutie. I ask how the night has been going and confirms that there are a lot of window shoppers. She directs me to a nice quiet side street, I park. She gets on her knees on the passenger seat and her ass is up in the air. It was a lovely ass on top of that. You should have asked the SW to get in your car before negotiating. With neighborhood watch and the recent crackdown it is very risky to negotiate through the window. You just never know if she was a decoy or not. The other thing to remember is that speaking to her through the window you increase the your risk of being spotted by LE. I would also add that $60 is to much for a BJ. Hopefully you got at least got a BBJ.

You can never be certain when LE will conduct a sting or crackdown. In many cases LE will conduct a sting when things are slow. I have seen where there has been few if any SW's for months and LE will conduct a sting. This is why it is very important to always keep vigilant.
