I can speak for northern burbs of CHI town which usually charge $80 for one hour and tip starting at $40 for HE. I certainly hope this isn't becoming the norm back there too. I'm looking forward to my visit later this summer and was looking forward to spending less $!

No reviews on here and there are Yelp reviews that are either glowing or else they really pan the place. From the sound of the Yelp reviews, sounds like it's exclusively legit. Rolled up Sunday evening (they have a back entrance which I love) 80 for an hour includes TS (60 for half) mamasan was cool asked me if I been there before, lied and said yes. Nothing worth mentioning on the TS pretty standard. Got to say the place was clean bathrooms and overall fresh towels clean rooms (idk why but when I see a place with raggedy towels I get worried) . Massage was above average really gave me a good rubdown with twisting and stretching. Then on flip asked what I wanted oh I forgot to tell you about the chick. So she was decent looking name was michelle bigger than average bewbs for an azn chick about a 6-7 face super flat old fashioned white girl butt. Only thing wrong with her was that her breath was a little harsh (good thing she didn't talk much amirite) funny thing was she asked me if I wanted mouthwash during the TS and I was like nah but thinking could you please use some xD idk how well that would of sat with her though anyways. Back to the flip I tell her I want a Russian ending since she had some nice ta tas, lotioned me up then herself she laid down I got on top and she said not the face I was like sure no promises though so I finish tipped her 60 (we didn't discuss price beforehand) asked her was it ok she said yes but 80 next time she then told me 60 for HJ 80 for anything special and 100 for FS all in all good experience.

I scoped out serendipity last week just to see what the girls looked like. Inside they were nice but didn't stand out so I left. Outside is where I met Karen. Hot. Engaging and nice. I told her I would be back the next day and asked if I could see her. I went back but she wasn't there and I've been thinking of her ever since.

Used only lotion but is okay if you bring your own oil. What I find funny is that she, like many others, will glide her fingers on your back and ask if the pressure is ok. You're barely touching me! I used to tip $20 for HJ $30-$35 if it was great but everyone drove prices up by tipping $40 so that is now the norm and minimal accepted rate for HJ most will push for more than that. There are a rare few that will take less than $40 but not many.
