It's just that sometimes those forces tilt in favor of the hobbyist and sometimes they go in the opposite direction. And of course local conditions vary across the country and the globe. But I don't happen to share the opinion that NOVA necessarily sucks. There are plenty of good values but it may require a bit more homework and patience to find them. Looking at various BP city sites, 60/70/80 is pretty standard for an AMP house fee. Maybe some lower cost areas (in the US) will have a few more in the $50 range, but that doesn't seem to be the norm.
As far as any provider with attitude, I wouldn't pay anything at all. But for an AMP girl who gives a decent massage and NOVA finish, 60/70/80 + 40 tip is not unreasonable. But knowing the market may be soft gives hobbyists a bit more leverage than they might otherwise have. Of course, it all depends on which providers are experiencing slow business and which are not. And that's where the homework and patience come in.

That spectrum includes, at one end, the woman who is 100% independent (and does everything for herself) and, on the other, the woman who is 100% trafficked and controlled.
In between those two extremes are all kinds of situations, agencies being just one of them. Not sure why you're focusing on K-agencies since I never mentioned them, nor did I mention any specific type. My post was more along abstract lines but if you'd like an example of an agency where the women are free to come and go, and where they choose to join the agency because of the benefits it offers, here are a few possible candidates:

And please note that none of what I posted was meant to imply there aren't "agencies" which in fact are nothing but a cover for exploitation. Those are also part of the spectrum but obviously they're on the trafficked end.
Switching the discussion from agencies to individual managers or pimps, my observations have been essentially the same. There are pimps who exercise 100% control through violence, fear and intimidation and, elsewhere in the spectrum, there are managers (sometimes men, sometimes women) with whom the providers voluntarily associate for the benefits they provide. In this latter camp are those managers who rent hotel rooms or apartments (using their own credit cards and financial resources when providers don't have any of their own). Other managers handle scheduling, posting ads, travel arrangements, driving duties, etc. To the extent the provider can come or go as she pleases, and to the extent the arrangement operates on a shared basis, I would put that work situation closer to the independent end of the spectrum.
Not sure if you really see things as black and white as your post seems to suggest, and you're certainly entitled to your opinion. But over the years I've seen many, many shades of gray in the hobby. To be sure, some of those shades are so dark as to be nearly black while others are so light as to be nearly white. And yet there are still many which lie in between the two.

I am back in town and decided to branch out a little. I called this one because I like what her ad had to say. We decided on an amount and I went to see her.
