I have a theory on staff. For a long time, I got strippers. I got a few waitresses during this time, but didn't pay much attention to them. Over the past few years, I've gotten staff. My guess, and it is a complete guess, is that as I've gotten older, I'm too old for the strippers now. They just see me as a customer. When an old guy says something, the strippers just think it is a customer thing. The staff girls don't hear the lines as much, so it's easier for me to get them. That's my theory. I don't hit the clubs much any more, my data is getting less and less nowadays.

When I was younger, a strip club was a social hangout, but stripping was different then; extras were the exception, not the rule as they are now.

So I strictly think in terms of prospecting if I go to a club now; I'm looking for UTR fuck toys. I have a pretty narrow range of preferences (skinny, beautiful, shaved, slutty), so it's easy to totally ignore 90% of the strippers at any club and just focus on viable prospects, so I wave away pretty much any girl who comes to my table. I go in (day shift), grab a seat at a table where I can see the stages, order water, and scope out the girls as they come on stage. Most of them don't interest me, so during their sets I check email, Facebook, whatever. If one interests me, I tip her during each song ($5, because I'm not cheap enough to tip a dollar), turn on the charm a little, and so on, and ask her to join me.

After her set, she'll always come by to thank me and then say she needs to go freshen up or thank her regulars, and that's fine (and it has to be a technique they learn, because it's so ubiquitous, but that's cool). When they come back, I chat them up, but not too much, and I always prepay them for four dances; "if you hear a song you like, dance". Sometimes they start with the next song, and sometimes they wait a few. I allow the dances to escalate a LOT, as in I'm probably finger fucking her by Dance Four; if it doesn't progress like that, I move on to the next girl.

If it does work out, I'll probably take her to VIP, depending on the club, just to go ahead and fuck her or have her suck my dick, or whatever; at that point, there's no reason not to enjoy UTR hookups outside of the club. If it's a club with a shitty VIP (like Pink Pony), I might just tell her I want a private session outside the club, and schedule it to make it happen; there is a lot of benefit in simply making it easy for the dancer, offering a venue, being accommodating with time, and so on. (Doing the math, I'd say acquisition cost for an OTC stripper is $200-400, so it's worth having as many sessions as possible to amortize that cost over sessions to bring it in line with mid-range escorting fees. Ten sessions with a Follies spinner ($1500) plus $300 set up cost comes out to $180 per session, which is generally better than the typical $200 per hour for an escort.).
