They do what they do for various reasons and each has her own internal standards and motivations. Consider, for example, how many providers (even FS) will do almost everything except kiss. " I used to have many regulars that I spent tons of cash with hoping that after the 5th, 10th, 100th, visit I would finally get the holy grail.
