Thats the only one I could find and everything matches the description. I reached out last night and she quoted me the same etc. Was unable to see her but hopefully can get over this afternoon.

I for once asked her about upgrades etc before leaving the donation and told her it was not something I was interested in anymore based on a number of factors. I did leave her a tip for taking up her time but saved myself a lot more in the end!

This is easier said than done sometimes, and there has been a handful of times I should have done this myself.
