Do not get a reloadable card as that requires you provide SS # and I'd so the card people have your name. There is a health service here in SD that allows anonymous testing. Yes there is no photo I'd required. You need to use a phony name and if you want a printed copy of your results a web based email account using your phony name. I use my real birth date as that is what they use to look you up your results and it is just one thing I don't forget. The confidential thing may go away if you come up infected with a STD as that requires they report it to the State. I don't want a state health freak calling me up or worse coming to my home.
