If a guy is comfortable doing it knowingly with a post-op transsexual, I don't have an issue with that. I don't have an issue if a man is gay or bisexual. Being a straight heterosexual male myself, a post-operative transsexual is not my preference. In my opinion, that person was born a male, and is truly technically a male. And, I agree, that such a person should let that be known up front.

I believe the intent in that section of the post was to point out the inequality in our justice system. Looking at that intent, yes, there is a difference (even if you also keep your hands visible), there is a lower chance of it escalating dangerously.

Seriously, enough with the trans-hate. If someone is post-op trans woman, they are no longer a biological male. That's just a medical and scientific fact. If anyone can't handle that, it's their problem, not the trans person's problem.

I've never understood that kind of hatred, except to understand that hate is almost always based in ignorance. It's as stupid as hating someone because they're black, Korean, Palestinian, Jewish, Polish, conservative, liberal, poor, a cop, a celebrity, etc.

It's always based in ignorance and inhumanity. If you don't want to screw someone who is a trans woman, that's fine, but going out of the way to be hostile about it is petty. It says more about who you are as a person on the inside than it will ever say about the person who is trans.

That's a medical and scientific fact.
