Long time researcher, first time poster. I agree with RI Designer about the RTFF on this one, of course. Since Bearxxx has been to Custom House, a clever search such as "4th floor" would have revealed that DT and Custom House are the same place, and he would not have to ask such an obvious question.

I would like to take this opportunity to make a suggestion, however, and that would be to write out the full name of the AMP the first time it is mentioned in a report. The reason for this is the the search engine will not pick up abbreviations like DT or CH (CH is of course Central Health, but note that it could also stand on rare occasion for Custom House-and example of confusion that these abbreviations can cause.)

This would help the list in two ways. First, newbies and indeed all members could easily look at the complete number of reports for every AMP. Second, for seasoned members, their list would be less clogged with people asking RTFF questions.

Just a suggestion.

This was my second visit to Lily Spa, my first was about a year ago and was great but I don't often find myself in the area.
