Gift card girls are not as clever as they think they are
Pretty much given up on this motherload of fools gold, but still getting responses trickling in. One gave herself away when she said, "Oh good, I'm just a few km away".
The most recent one sent me a link to her pictures. Including a half dozen pictures of gift cards and screen shots of SMS conversations with her previous pigeons.
It would be funny, but as much as the girls claim they need deposits because guys waste their time, it is only wasted if they actually have to turn down business.
Based on the frequency of posting I get the impression these girls are mostly getting by on a small number of clients and spend a lot of time waiting by the phone.
Getting run around by the various scammers and lack of responses from the reviewed supposedly reliable girls, my windows of opportunity evaporates each time I go prospecting.
More Observations About the Gift Card Scammers
Even assuming they have several computers running a number of ads, the stolen photo / no such girl exists scammers must be from an even lower economic tier than I'd previously imagined. The amount of time they spend wrangling for $25 (even after I've told them I've decided they are scammers and am no longer interested, messages continue to come in) works out to less than minimum wage.
Actually I would suppose if they are running multiple ads, the time they spend trying to convince me "No! I'm real! I won't rip you off" multiplied by the number of ads, they are putting in an awful lot of man-hours for fairly trivial sums of money.
