Unless you are interested mostly in older or not quite attractive females IMHO your best bet is Toronto. My business requires 3 or 4 trips a month. It's difficult not to get some one less than an 8 and a real 21 or older if you choose. For some reason this site and the companion international site don't provide much Canadian coverage. I wonder if it might be because it's either legal in some circumstances and what's in the grey zone may not be a priority for the RCMP.
