Knock offs are all over Southeast Asia and south Asian countries. The last time I went to Thailand, it was the same way, sitting in a table was a variety of brands. My main concern with this is the lack of oversight, you really don't know what you are taking if you buy it right off the street. It could be a sugar pill, a good knock off, or rat poison, you really don't know. Now that being said, you can go to pharmacy's and ask, and they typically have them behind the counter and normally don't ask for a script.
