No Driving For Those Who Solicit Sex, Buy Drugs
People caught soliciting prostitution or buying drugs in El Cajon could lose their cars under an amended city law that goes into effect next month.
Police will be able to seize the vehicle of a person arrested for either crime. The owner would have to pay a price equal to the value of the vehicle to get it back.
"The intent is not to make money. The intent is to stop the availability of these crimes on city streets," City Attorney Morgan Foley told The San Diego Union-Tribune.
Offenders can request administrative hearings to object to the seizure and forfeiture of their vehicles.
Cars, trucks and SUVs that aren't claimed will be sold. In most cases the proceeds would be distributed to the City Attorney's Office and to law enforcement agencies to cover costs of vehicle impounds.
In the first eight months of the year, El Cajon police arrested 86 suspected prostitutes and their customers -- twice as many as in the same period in 2002.

I tried Mimi's a couple of times in the last few years. My initial impression was similar to yours, and final result was similar as well. Last time, a couple of months ago, somehow the other client who had come in also made me think it ought to be worthwhile--guy in early thirties, laughing heard from the room.
Then another customer rang the bell near the end of my massage, and when she came back from the door she said it was finished. I told her she shorted me 5 minutes (true). She cursed under her breath. Then on my way out she asked me about a tip. I repeated that she shorted me 5 minutes, and she became angry and raised her voice to me. It is true that she gave a great massage, which might have deserved a tip, but she also shorted me on time. I guess she just didn't get me in a very giving mood...
BTW I think there are some groups of girls on ECB that come down from LA. I had a conversation with one after I came out of a store in that area. She had name tatoos, "mac" was part of one of the names (on her back), the other names were female names on her shoulders. During our extended chat she was on her cell phone and mentioned the "mac" name as well as one of the girl names. What do you make of that?

There you go Gordo, this sounds like a good way to wake up the SD forum(if that's possible, with TJ being so close and all). I would have to agree with you on your selections with the following additions and comments:
Best 2003 overall provider: Sarah @ Sundance-I agree fully, but I would have to add Connie at OA in PB. Not the best looking, but once you get to know her... Jeannie, of the now closed Royal Palace, who is now at one of the places in Escondido, kept me cummin' back for more.
Nicest facilities: Sundance (but Chula Vista Spa has great potential)- agree again, but I have not been to CV yet.
Best looking provider: (1) Sarah; (2) Pearl @ Unique- (1)YEP!; (2) damn, is Pearl still around? Oh the days of Royal Spa. So, she's still lookin' good, huh? Hmm...
Craziest provider: Tiffany- if this is the Tiffany from OA/PB, now at the place on Miramar Rd., then YES. What is it with her, exactly? Great body though.

I'm pretty sure that would include anybody, from anywhere. Not knowing the law (or I guess the local laws) is no defense. I have not had any personal experiences with this, maybe someone else knows for sure.
Anyone else care to chime in on this?

The SD police are usually pretty low key with john's unless they see you pick up a girl. Most of the time the cops will see the cops stop the girl and give her a ticket. It's pretty rare that you see a cop pull over some guy with a girl.
Occasinally the vice squad comes out cracks down. On Saturdays there is a lot of cops out so you have to be more careful.
El Cajon
I have heard the cops in El Cajon City crack down a lot. I have not seen the cops stopping a lot of girls. On the otherhand I would be very careful sinc eht city passed the new law.

Has anyone met a "Jackie" from Sundance? I asked her name again as I was leaving a month or so ago and she clearly said "Jackie". Great service and A+ attitude. Great bod and fun to be with. I haven't heard anyone mention her so I was curious.

Cruised a bit last night. There was about 6 or 7 girls out last
night. There was a couple of good looking girls, but they were being
very picky for some reason. Saw this one thin blonde but she was
being picky as well.

Cruised last night. Started out around 7:30, things were pretty dead
on ECB so I decided to cruise El Cajon City. Things were completely
dead in El Cajon City so I decided to head back. Got back to ECB
around 9pm and things were starting to pick up. There was about 6 or
7 girls working. The only girl who seemed worth picking up was this
one tall blonde. I talked to her, but she was being real picky.
There was also a lot of cops out last night. The cops were stopping
all the girls on ECB. I also saw the cops stop a some pimps. I think
the pimps have been causing some problems recently. It's nice to see
that the cops are going after the people that is causing the problems.

I was near ECB this afternoon so I decided to take a brief cruise. Saw 4 or 5 girls on ECB. Saw 3 blondes near Chasers. Talked to this one short blonde she offered 60$ for a bj. Saw the other tall picky blonde from last night. Did not get a chance to talk to her. Saw this other blonde with red streaks. She was with the other short blonde so she turned me down. She was about a 8 or so same goes for the tall blonde..The girls are from out of town and have pimps. Hopefully we will see more local girls.
The cops were cracking down hard on the girls. I saw at least 4 or 5 cop cars. Usually the cops will pass through, but not hang out in the area.

Yeah, doesn't matter where you're from, ignorance of the law is no excuse. Laws against prostiution exist everywhere ('cept in CERTAIN places) but generally speaking it's illegal everywhere so don't offer that up as an excuse.
Whenever the pimps move in there is more going on than SWing. These guys (pimps) can get very nasty so LE will focus on those spots when pimping is happening so BEWARE.
SW's that are an "8" and are "picky" are a strange lot, they are going for the obvious fat wallet because the pimp won't let them provide for under a certain amount. Sometimes they think "no way this guy is going to pay 1.5 for a cbj" so they seem content to wait for another opportunity - upselling to an affluent john can be quite profitable, especially if they go for the 1.5 cbj, certainly more than I can afford.

I just saw a news story where sdpd is reporting a huge upswing in teeny-boppers, high school and even jr high age, getting into the business.
If you are going to take the usual risks at least be sure the SW is not a minor or you could find yourself in a much bigger world of crap (legally and morally) that you bargained for.

There used to be a Latina named Monica at OA in PB. Nice, great body, good service (I never had FS from her (never asked) but got everything else. I do not know if she is there anymore, since I haven't been to OA in awhile.
With the recent bust of Royal Palace (which actually was in SD anyway), I think all MP in El Cajon and La Mesa now are gone for good.
