I've joined twice, canceled both near the very end of the three day grace period, and have not had any charges inadvertently show up. Might be luck of the draw, or is there a chance that some intentionally obscure box isn't being checked off? Only guessing as, again, I've had no trouble with them. I hope you are successful in getting it cleared up. Please let us know either way if you have time.
