Cons:

Search the forum in multiple cities and look at the individual reviewers who were overly positive or critical. A monger interested in DATY may be more sensitive to certain traits than one who just wants basic service for example.
JP and I have had different experiences with Taylor. Neither is wrong. But it seems to me her overall reviews in GR have been better than Lansing for whatever reason. Perhaps she's trying to improve, or it could be just the "new girl" effect for us in GR? YMMV.
