There has been allot of them communicate lately then crickets. Might not hear from them for a few days then blame it on phone went dead. I think they get high and then zone out and actually forget about us. I'm not going to give them a deposit and then loose it because they got high. They will need money enough then they will stop the Cash-app shit. Just my 2 cents worth.

I would never do this for reasons bigger than losing money. One, I would fear personal info / data getting revealed. Second, I am guessing that the sender could become vulnerable to a lot of federal wire / electronic fund transfer statute violations especially if they were interstate.
