1. Lisa is fairly short, even for an Asian. I am not good at estimating height, but I would say maybe 5'. She is not fat, but she is somewhat chubby.

They all charge the same, what they accept depends on how good a negotiator you are and what she's willing to accept, and how much bs she's had to deal with.
