Usually it's a good indication when a girl ask where are you going, then proceeds to say that she will not leave the immediate area of where you picked her up from, which usually indicate that she will conduct her business with less then desirable results. If they raise an objection about going to far, even after you say I will bring you back, stop the car and let them out but not on the main street where you picked them up on. An intelligent response is one where the costs and risks are assessed for each situation. The settings, the people, the state of perceived threat must all be evaluated -- rapidly. I must disagree with you that brute force is the only way to handle such situations. Erratic driving, shouting, manhandling (assault) are good ways to attract attention and end up having to explain how a drug addled hooker got into your car in the first place. Or worse.
