Uncle LEO likes to run a few stings around this time of year. Just enough to try to convince people that they give a damn about something other than federal hand outs. They don't usually bother existing businesses because they end up catching too many of their own and it just gets too messy for them. If it looks or feels unusual, stay away. Be safe out there.
