If she really likes you, it can be a downright steal.

A couple things to note; 1) she is pretty unstable in her personal life and just recently moved to the south side from the near northeast side. My impression of the new location is ok. It's the home of a former boyfriend who still wants to be more than friends but understands that probably won't happen. He lets her live and do incall out of his home. 2) she will be moving again in about 6 weeks to a place noone can visit and she can't leave so if you want to see her, know she will be unavailable for about 8 months to 2 years. 3) it is unfortuneate to report that old habits die hard. She is back on a former addiction and is struggling to get clean. I wish her all the best.
