Need an android phone. They are cheap. Just buy one. Don't even need service. Just use your home Wi-Fi (probably the only way you could be identified).
Get the SA app (doesn't work on iPhone anymore).
Go to store, buy google play cards with cash. Buy the 50 dollar ones.
Put those google play cards on your google play account on the android phone.
Use that to subscribe to SA.
