Sorry guys, I messed up on the location. It wasn't a Walgreens, it was a Dollar Tree. I wasn't paying much attention to the building as I was watching the activity.
I located the spot on Google Earth. It is located just South of Nebraska and Fowler. Notice the larger parking lot just north of the Dollar Tree. Bus stop is halfway up and notice the trees directly behind the bus stop. That is where they were gathered.

Dude, you just about had me doing a practice lap when there was no race! LOL.
No worries. Yeah, in and around that area South AND North of Fowler is a hot zone for hookers. I've mostly seen them North going in and out of the A-1 and on the side road around the Texaco. Now I'll pay more attention to that parking lot North of Dollar Tree. I have seen people hanging around in there but they always seem to cross over to the gas station. I don't think I've ever seen any head straight out to the Southbound Nebraska.

In the previous few days I passed the bus stop near the Walgreens near MLK on two different days wondering where the crowd was. I saw some men sleeping and some people seated as though they were waiting for a bus. Clearly not active or worth spending extra time to check out.
The location near the Dollar Tree (which was a Dollar General last year) is a popular make-shift homeless "oasis" because of the shade of the trees and the availability of the bus stop's roof. It is unusual to see a lone worker there, but quite common to see workers with handlers, hangers-on, and boyfriends. I found it difficult to get the workers there to split off from the group, or their man, to come to the car for a ride. That could be me. Idk. I rarely have difficulty getting workers to get into the car except for that particular location. Maybe there are one or two handlers there who control how things work at that spot and they work differently from most Tampa locations.
I don't waste a lot of time dwelling around there. Occasionally a superb specimen appears and I circle to check her out. That is what keeps that bus stop in the cruising loop. That and it is right on Nebraska where the loop is anyway.

Finally got to see Sarah after trying for a few weeks. She was over in the Busch area. Seems to have a following cause it took awhile to get a date. Went for BBBJ and she definitely has the skills. DTNSCIM. I had to check to see if the boys were still there and she didn't suck them out too.

Don't get me wrong, any photo is better than just a description. See, the trouble is that the website compresses photos. Details are lost, but if you crop your photos before you post, the details are preserved for all of us to see.

I have seen all the talk about Kaci, been looking for awhile. Finally today I see her for first time walking. I always circle area before a pickup just for safety's sake. Well she was on 140th almost at stop sign. I get to stop sign take a right and low and behold LEO is sitting in the woods on the left on 139th facing toward 140th. Dodged a bullet for sure, be careful and watch your surroundings. Waited hour or so to hopefully coast was clear and went back. Everyone was gone including her that was around 1 pm.

She hangs on the curb near the little church at north 10th and east Sitka St. If guys are sitting around her it is because they think she will feed them. Ignore them and stop and make eye contact with her. You may have to nod to her twice that you are interested. She carried her possessions with her in bags, just like she is in the photo below on the left that Buster took.
She said that some medical condition or calamity caused a permanent, involuntary tick that she has. It is not so bad, or was not while she and I were together. She's okay.
She looks like she used to be much larger and has lost a lot of weight recently. I gather from her history that she rides the weight seesaw as a matter of course.
She gets excited, or seems to, and performs well enough. Not spectacularly, but good enough to repeat because of her crazy factor. She knows how to take a dick in the two holes I tried. When I asked, she stated that she sometimes allows all three holes in play. We saved that and other adventures for later because I was worn out when I found her, so we just did BBBJ and mish.
The street photo here was posted by Buster a little more than a year ago. The other three are from today.
Do your research and know what you can about her first. She has a lengthy history of visits to her many mean uncles houses and retreats. She seemed harmless on this very rainy Sunday.

As I pulled into the parking lot, saw a DB with a couple of spinners. They all had bags of drinks and munchies.
