The Caribbean has several options of differing formats. St. Maarten (Dutch side only) has about 10 licensed clubs, of which 5 are geared to N. Americans. It is Dutch, meaning they have excellent health standards and fear of STD type things is remote. They also standardize pricing and seriously screen licensing for the girls on behavior. It is a plum and the girls are on very good behavior. The other Dutch options are similar. Curacao has Campo, which is a separate village of 100-200 cottages of staffers with restaurant and night club and controlled entrance. Aruba has individual bar licenses in the St. Nicholas industrial town, okay but seedy. Bonaire. If you are a diver. Has Pachi's which is like Campo but with only a dozen staffers. The Dutch system is EXCELLENT for the consumer.
The Dominican Republic is a whole different marketing approach and differs whether you are on the north, south or east coast. Beware the DR is at least as dangerous as everyone will tell you.
Costa Rica is unique to itself also and legal. San Jose is the focal point and there is a very active enterprise there with many different formats. Some more for locals and some for N. American tourists. This is reasonably customer friendly and is fairly safe. But there are no health guidelines except whateve the particular outlet may enforce New Fantasy has a higher confidence level than Relax. Idem, Little Havanna and others give you a better safe experience than Tangas, for example.
There are formats in most other countries, but I believe the above might give you a good summary. The Dutch are great.
HOWEVER, there is not a 1 to 10 comparison to Asia. Don't kid yourself. LOS & PI are different than you can dream of if you haven't experienced it.

I don't often find myself in RI, so I lurk this board out of nostalgia. The other day I had the opportunity to try 1021 and I'm glad I did, because Katie blew my mind. At first things were a bit awkward, but as they heated up it was like a time-lapse version of someone falling in love with you. In addition to doing some things that are amazing just that they are done at all, she has an intuitive understanding of timing, rhythm and movement. I understand that someone could, through specific training, develop a long list of techniques that feel good to a man, but her performance was a work of art. After two great visits to the ABC Spa in the last month I decided to head down today for another visit. To be fair I didn't call ahead but when I got there there was only one car in the parking lot so I thought there would be no problems. If I came home with something, that would basically be the end to life as I know it. I also wouldn't want to risk my partners health because of my addiction to strange stuff.
Honestly, I can get skin on skin from the SO. Being with a "paid consultant" is about feeding my male addiction to strange stuff. Which basically makes "manogamy" bearable / doable for me.
