Anyone know what's going on with Lori A lately? I've been seeing her for almost 2 years now and had always had a good time. I know she still goes to Pierre's place (since last month) but every time I've seen her lately, she gets into a fight with him, takes her medicinep and wastes ashitload of time. She texted me last might at 4am from a new. I don't even want to call her back because I don't want to be dragged into stupid shit again. She's the only girl who has ever "paid me back "when I've fronted her get well money. But she's jacked me once (though she apologized profusely for that) , rushed me once, and wasted 2 hours geekin and fighting with Pierre. Cut my losses here our is she back to her normal self?

I would say voluntary / involuntary manslaughter at best. A good defense attorney will eat this case up. Self defense seems like the natural defense in this case. The down side for her is the criminal past, but none of that should factor in the facts of this case (blocked in the driveway, keys taken away intentionally, ejected from the home 2 times, physical bruises, etc.

The witnesses don't matter, because they probably didn't like her, so you can say they were biased towards her, plus she has the physical bruises to show probable cause in self defense. A tough case to get a murder 1 conviction. Look for a plea bargain.
