Just was sitting in front of RL debating if I want to go in. Literally watched 4 guys go in while I'm sitting here over 10 minutes. Then literally an unmarked pulls into gas station and another one pulls in opposite way they start chatting and then a guy pops out of the back and heads into RL. So either they just sent in a CI or an UC LE but this spot will be cracked probably tonight -.

Same goes for HKPD, these places have cameras covering several areas so I wonder if they ever notice, or if some monger gives them a heads up, or maybe most of you don't say a word about it since you don't want to get involved for obvious reasons. I honestly thought of telling the guy to watch out but then thought to myself "what is he supposed to do with this information? Shut down shop for a while? Idk. Sucks but what can be done besides look for other options.

They should have 2 girls max per apartment, locations in apartment complexes. With individual customers scheduling a time to arrive. This would greatly reduce traffic as it is now with their have a line a customers waiting, and certainly some mongers arrive and see the line and leave. They won't do it because they are too greedy.
They could and should raise rates to 160/200 half hour / hour to bring better talent and reduce traffic.

They see getting busted once a year as the cost of doing business? All the cameras really don't mean much when they kick the door in? These apartment owners are not stupid. No matter location there will be high traffic, the best quality pussy brings in the most mongers. They get busted and are back up and running in a matter of days.

There has been a visible LEO presence around RL recently. LEO shut down HKPD recently, but RL remains open for business. So what is LEO thinking? If they were going to shut RL down, wouldn't they have done it by now? Is it possible that they just want to decrease monger traffic by showing their presence? Do they just want to show complaining neighbors that they are "doing something"? Is it possible that they don't want to shut two apartments down at the same time, because they know that will cause a huge increase in traffic at SS in a residential neighborhood? What's going on?

I know over a dozen of these girls and communicate with them via Wechat. None of them have been to Houston nor does anyone but themselves decide what city to visit.
