Ignoring the need for repeat customers

They may move on thinking that the grass is greener, but the truth of any service industry (which is what they are in) depends upon repeat business and pleasing those repeat customers. It's not even about 90 day wonders anymore. It's here for one week and then gone. New name, new pictures, new bookers etc. How do they expect to establish a clientele that will be following them around? It just doesn't happen.
