Was out and about over on the ill side this past Saturday night coming from the strip clubs and got all turned about on state street near Hwy 157. So instead of getting back on the hwy I decided to cruise down State Street all the way back into downtown East St Louis. As I got by hwy 255 and State there was a First Western Hrly Notel. I was driving the SBW stroll today around 2:45. Going south a white suv type (don't know make or model) pulls overI pass it then they start to follow me I turn up a side street they follow.
