If you plan on dealing with a lady over there sometimes it should be in your best interest to deal with a lady who does have a handler and he must be about business. Not all handlers are into running scams and also. And as for that one I think it's that Dominican chick who stays off MLK as far as I know there are only two Latinos that hangout in that area and the other one is a dude. The white lady you're talking about name is Karmen as of right now she's ok to deal with do she have a handler the answer to that question is yes and his name is Eric as of now he's locked up in jail. So she's less likely to run scams on the block of she ain't around his street fam. Just in case you want to know where they hangout it's at the Valero and airways motel. If she ask you to go there with her to use a room you might want to reconsider. The only white women you'll find in the streets in Atlanta will mainly be heavily on drugs and they will be deep into that thug culture street life. If I was in your case I'll just use backpage, especially if you're looking for the all American or country gal type. As for the Latino try asking the Latino men that question in particularly the Mexican guys. The Dominicans will be less likely to deal with new faces. To my understanding there is plenty working in plaza fiesta on Buford hwy and many of those other Latino clubs. It'll help greatly if you speak Spanish or had something written down in spanish.
