Try California, Nevada, Texas, Washington, and New York for starters. Have you ever looked at all the talent in the Los Angeles section of city vibe? If you haven't, check it out. There is a pretty big selection of very young and beautiful providers, and although some of them are B&S, a lot of them are not. There are so many, you probably would have a hard time visiting them all. IMHO, Hawaii has a lot of choices in a concentrated area, but not really the large amount of "hotties" that those other states do.

The laws about massage are available on the Hawaii State Legislature website. Might want to take a look at section 452-2 of Hawaii Revised Statutes, which says that a "massage therapist apprentice who has a permit ... is also permitted to engage in or attempt to engage in the occupation or practice of massage." However, section 452-1 of Hawaii Revised Statutes says that a "massage therapist apprentice" is a person "who engages in the occupation or practice of massage under the direct supervision of a sponsoring massage therapist ...." So it would seem that what is sufficient as "direct supervision" could be an issue.
