I feel these agencies have gotten better. It's a controversial topic I didn't want to bring up, but video is officially YMMV. As I've told before, I've had a girl hand money back to me for video saying she was scared. I agree with these suggestions, especially about short descriptions and pictures. The NYC descriptions aren't generic like what k orgs use and specific to the girl. Gives the guy a more accurate idea of what he's going to get.

Pros:
