I had the same experience at the door but luckily some one came along and let me in. I mentioned it to her and she said that the door is not usually locked but apparently--not the case since you couldn't get in. I have not been able to reach her via her website either. It's a new agency so maybe there's some growing pains. Too bad though--she is well reviewed and has more flexible hours now than with former agency. Had a enjoyable time.
