I agree with the others that an honest review is best all the way around. I also agree that waiting a bit to make the review will lessen the chances of the provider knowing exactly who you are.

Let me offer this up though. You can actually say a lot without saying much at all. So if ou are worried about telling the guys that she was a terrible lay, try saying something like "we didn't click and I won't likely see her again" but ALSO, please offer to accept PM questions. If she gets my feedback personally, it gives her a chance to change things up and it gives me a chance to have a better next time.
